Signature stamp

If we have regulatory responsibility then we can move on to point 3.
Organisations with regulatory responsibility will need to be consulted to check if they are happy for us to accept a stamp
Ask the customer to sign the document using the stamp and have a witness sign and date (see who can witness signatures below).
When the signed document is received, call the customer to confirm they used the stamp. This is a control to help prevent fraud should the stamp been stolen or lost.
