If a customer doesn't have a stamp there are some alternative options.
These options are all dependent on the requirements of each business area. Please check with your Manager or VC Champ prior to offering any of them to our customer.
- A Power of Attorney signing on behalf of the customer
- Docusign - online signature
- Using photo evidence held on file and a video call to verify customer's identity
