If it's appropriate, we can signpost to charities and organisations who may be able to offer additional help or support. Those organisations may be able to recommend resources, products or technology that might make things easier for our customer.
In addition to the organisations listed below, it may be helpful to search for local charities or organisations that may offer more tailored services, such as sibling loss or a particular cancer.
The National Support Network (NSN) is a a UK-based non-profit organisation, that helps businesses embed a support platform into their suite of customer service tools, in order to connect vulnerable customers to the appropriate support for their needs.
