Charities and organisations

Some customers have found it helpful to speak to external organisations about their situation.  Is this something that would help your customer?

If it's appropriate, we can signpost to charities and organisations who may be able to offer additional help or support. For example, they may be able to recommend resources, products or technology that might make things easier for our customer.

In addition to the organisations listed below, it may be helpful to search for more local charities or organisations that may offer similar services.

The National Support Network (NSN) is a a UK-based non-profit organisation, that helps businesses embed a support platform into their suite of customer service tools, in order to connect vulnerable customers to the appropriate support for their needs.
