Introducing National Support Network (incl templates)
The opportunity to introduce the National Support Service may arise in a few different ways. But once a customer has disclosed or indicated that they may need some additional support, it's important that we are confident when signposting them to the platfom: Find Help Fast | Just Group.

Here are some simple ways to introduce the National Support Network platform to customers and start supportive conversations with confidence
Letter / Email templates
We’ve created simple templates to help you share extra support with customers.
These can be used after a conversation or proactively in letters or email to make it easy for customers to access trusted help and advice. You'll need to just personalise the template to reflect what the customer needs and keep the tone warm, clear and flows with the rest of the document.
Option 1:
" Thank you for speaking with us earlier and sharing information about your [circumstances /condition]. You mentioned you’re finding [specific challenge, e.g., managing bills or feeling stressed] difficult right now.
The National Support Network offers free, confidential help and practical advice that might make things easier. You can find their services here:

Option 2:
